BBC Radio York – Julian discusses the renewal of the Coronavirus Act 2020 and the Brady Amendment

Julian joined Georgey Spanswick on Breakfast on BBC Radio York to discuss the renewal of the Coronavirus Act 2020, which gives the Government emergency powers to roll out new protective measures, and the Brady Amendment which would require Parliament to debate and vote on introducing further restrictions.

Julian feels very strongly that Parliament is being bypassed by the Government and deserves a stronger say in shaping the introduction of any new measures.
