Save New Earswick Indoors Bowls Club

Julian wholeheartedly supports the cross-party community effort by New Earswick Indoor Bowls Club members and local residents to stop Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust from closing a treasured community asset in pursuit of portfolio expansion.
Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust has attempted similar before when they tried to close New Earswick Swimming Pool but a successful community-led campaign saved the pool and brought it under the control of Friends of New Earswick Swimming Pool.

Julian hopes to meet with members of the Club next week and will support their campaign in any way they can so that a valued community asset can be saved for the future.
