Julian praises Dunnington Cancer Support Group’s incredible fundraising

Julian joined residents on Saturday at Dunnington Cancer Support Group’s Christmas Coffee Morning to help raise much needed funds for York Against Cancer.
A regular at these coffee mornings, Julian was still blown away by the incredible fundraising efforts as the group handed over a cheque for £10,000 to York Against Cancer.
Speaking after the coffee morning, Julian said:
“It is an incredible testament to the unbelievable generosity of Dunnington and the wider community that £10,000 is being donated to York Against Cancer months after another significant donation.
“I want to extend my thanks to all the volunteers who help organise events like this coffee morning as well as the jumble sales and a thank you to all residents who support them.
“Cancer unfortunately affects all families but events like this help raise funds to support them.”
