Julian hosts post-Budget Business Club

Following Wednesday’s Budget, Julian brought together businesses from all major sectors in York to discuss how the Chancellor’s measures will affect them and find out what further support is needed. Julian was joined by Kevin Hollinrake MP in his role as Minister for Enterprise, Markets and Small Business.
Following the business lunch, Julian said:
“It was great to relaunch my business club today with a lunch with all of York’s major sectors represented.
Thank you to my constituency neighbour and Minister for Enterprise, Markets and Small Business, Kevin Hollinrake MP, for coming to talk to local businesses. Discussion on the Budget as well as how we help new business start up and then grow.
Lots of issues to feedback to Ministers to help shape future policy. I will be raising support for energy costs at Treasury Questions on Tuesday.
