Campaigning Update – Copmanthorpe, Heslington, Fulford, Upper and Nether Poppleton, Skelton

November 10, 2019

During last week Julian campaigned in Copmanthorpe. He also enjoyed speaking to residents in Upper and Nether Poppleton, communities which will really see the benefit from the dualling of the Outer Ring Road he has consistently lobbied for, and the new train carriages serving Poppleton station on the York – Harrogate – Leeds line.

He also spent time in Skelton, a peaceful Green Belt village that he is determined to continue safeguarding from inappropriate development, like all of York’s villages.

Julian was pleased to be joined by so many students to campaign in Heslington and Fulford near the university campus.
