Yesterday, Julian joined Jules Bellerby on BBC Radio York to discuss his disappointment that York will be exiting national lockdown restrictions into Tier 2 on December 2, his initial thoughts on next week’s vote on the tier system, and his very serious concerns regarding the effect of the so-called ‘substantial meal’ rule on York’s hospitality industry.
